Flexible power cable for industrial and other applications.
This 750V flexible cable with a cross-section of 95 mm² is designed for medium mechanical stress and connections where flexibility without tensile stress is required. It is ideal for use in dry, damp and wet rooms (but not suitable for outdoor laying), in mechanical and metallurgical industries, as well as in control, signaling and measurement systems. Colored cores facilitate identification and connection, and the yellow-green protective core (standard G) provides additional safety.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its reliability and durability. The multi-wire copper cores (class 5) are insulated with special PVC TI2, and the outer sheath made of PVC TM2 provides resistance to mechanical and chemical factors. The materials used are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable has passed tests confirming its self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties in accordance with DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1 standards.
- Flexibility: The multi-wire core construction provides high cable flexibility, making it easy to lay even in tight spaces.

- Safety: The protective core (standard G) located close to the outer jacket increases safety.
- Temperature range: The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary operation) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible operation).
- Rated voltage: 750V, making it suitable for many applications in electrical installations.
- Colored cores: Facilitate the identification of individual wires during installation and maintenance.
Technical parameters and compliance with standards
The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0282-525-2-11 / DIN EN 50525-2-11 and IEC 60227-5. It has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 46 mm, and its weight is approximately 5.28 kg/m. The minimum bending radius during flexible operation is 7.5 x cable diameter, and during stationary operation – 4 x cable diameter. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km, and the test voltage is 4000V. The cable is also resistant to radiation up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad).
