Construction and properties

The cable features a robust construction. Multi-strand copper conductors (class 5) provide good flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Each conductor is insulated with special PVC TI2, and color-coded markings facilitate identification during installation. The yellow-green protective conductor increases safety. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer sheath made of PVC TM2, resistant to oils and chemicals. This makes the cable suitable for various industrial and commercial environments. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs.

Application and technical parameters

The JB-750 cable is perfect for use in dry, damp and wet rooms (but not outdoors). Its operating temperature range is -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -15°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage is 750 V, making it suitable for many applications in electrical installations. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x diameter for fixed laying. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-11/ DIN EN 50525-2-11 and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The cable is also radiation resistant up to 80 x 106 cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad).
