This 32-core JZ-600 cable with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² is a reliable solution for flexible connections in demanding conditions. The cable is designed to operate at 1 kV and is characterized by high resistance to external factors, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end-users.

Construction and properties

The cable has stranded copper cores, insulated with special PVC (TI2) and an outer jacket made of PVC (TM2) in black color. The cores are numbered with white digits, which facilitates identification and minimizes the risk of errors during installation. Additionally, the cable contains a yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores), ensuring safe use. The cable construction has been tested for fire resistance (IEC 60332-1-2) and UV radiation, guaranteeing its long-term reliability. Made of materials that do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

JZ-600 cable is widely used in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, foundry and in internal installations and air conditioning. It will be perfect in places exposed to oils, chemicals and moisture. The possibility of direct laying in the ground (with an outer diameter of ≥ 18 mm) increases its versatility. The flexibility of the cable allows for easy routing in tight spaces and dynamic applications. The cable is designed for medium mechanical load and there are no tensile stresses. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). Compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) confirms its safety and quality. The outer diameter of the cable is 19.3 mm.
