Control cable JZ-602 is a flexible solution for use in control systems where high reliability and resistance to external factors are required. Construction and properties
The JZ-602 cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-term and trouble-free operation. Copper strands, twisted together, guarantee flexibility and resistance to bending. PVC TI3 insulation provides good protection against mechanical damage and the influence of chemicals. Additionally, the cable is resistant to mineral, synthetic and water-based coolants – making it indispensable in industrial environments. The outer jacket made of special PVC YM5 further protects the cable from damage.
Application and parameters
This cable is used in dry and damp rooms with medium mechanical load, but should not be laid in the open air. Thanks to the rated voltage of 600 V and the operating temperature range from -40°C to +90°C (stationary) and -5°C to +90°C (flexible), the cable performs well in a wide range of applications. The conductor cross-section of 1 mm² (AWG 18) and 12 conductors provide sufficient bandwidth for various control signals. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 11.2 mm.

It is resistant to the action of mineral, synthetic and water-based coolants, making it an ideal choice for demanding industrial environments. Thanks to the rated voltage of 600 V, conductor cross-section of 1 mm² (AWG 18) and 12 conductors, the cable ensures efficient transmission of control signals. The insulation of the conductors is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the outer coating is also made of PVC. The conductors are identified with numbers. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (in configurations from 3 conductors), is metered and made of materials that do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. It has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU.
