This 25-core UL-CSA 600V JZ-602 cable is the ideal solution for control systems where flexibility, resistance to external factors and high reliability are required. Construction and properties for professionals

The cable construction is based on multi-wire copper conductors twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, BS 6360 cl. 5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5 standards. The insulation is made of special PVC TI3, meeting the requirements of DIN VDE 0207-363-3 / DIN EN 50363-3 and class 43 according to UL-Std. 1581. The conductors are black with white numbering, and from the third conductor, a yellow-green protective conductor is present. The parallel twisted conductors are surrounded by an outer jacket made of special PVC YM5, providing additional mechanical and chemical protection.

• Oil resistance: The cable is resistant to mineral, synthetic and water-based coolants – confirmed by oil resistance tests.
• Safety: The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.
• Flame retardancy: The cable has passed PVC self-extinguishing and flame-retardant tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1 (equivalent to DIN VDE 0472 part 804 test method B), UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 standards.
• Flexibility: The permissible ambient temperature of the cable after installation is -40°C to +90°C (without vibration), and during installation -5°C to +90°C, ensuring comfortable operation in various environmental conditions.
• Durability: The cable has a high insulation resistance of at least 20 MOhm x km and a test voltage of 3000 V with a breakdown voltage of at least 6000 V.
• Bending radius: The minimum bending radius for flexible use is 7.5 x Ø cable, and for fixed laying – 4 x Ø cable, making installation easier even in tight spaces.
