Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation

The cable is characterized by a solid construction. Multi-strand, flexible copper conductors (class 5) provide flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during frequent bending. PVC TI3 insulation guarantees high electrical and mechanical resistance. In addition, the outer jacket made of special PVC YM5 provides protection against external factors. The gray color (RAL 7001) makes it easy to identify in the installation. The cable is resistant to mineral, synthetic and water-based coolants – which is particularly important in industrial environments. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.

Safety and compliance with standards

The JZ-602 cable has been tested for self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties in accordance with DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1, UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 standards. It has UL/CSA AWM I/II A/B Style 2587 approvals. It can operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +90°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 600V, and the test voltage is 3000V. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7.2 mm.
