Construction and properties ensuring durability

The cable features a solid construction: two copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², insulated with PVC and surrounded by a protective coating of polyvinyl chloride. This combination provides resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. The conductors are color-coded for easy correct connection during installation. The cable's flexibility allows for convenient routing in various conditions, and the operating temperature range from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from +5°C to +70°C (flexible) enables its use in harsh environmental conditions.

Application and installation – where will this cable work?

The NYM-O 2x1.5 RE cable is ideal for use in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as in external installations mounted on the surface or in concrete (excluding specific types of concrete). However, use outdoors requires protection from direct sunlight. The minimum bending radius of 4x the cable diameter makes it easy to route cables even in tight spaces. The rated voltage of 300/500V allows it to be used in standard electrical installations. The cable is available in gray (RAL 7035), which facilitates its identification in the installation.
