The NYY-J cable is characterized by a construction with 10 cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², which allows for efficient power transmission. The cores are made of copper and have class 1 (solid core), which affects their mechanical strength. Color identification of the cores in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308 standard facilitates assembly and subsequent servicing. The maximum permissible operating temperature of the core is 70°C, and the rated voltage U is 1000 kV, which guarantees safe and stable operation in demanding conditions. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 18 mm.

Versatility and compliance with standards

The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276-603 / HD 603 S1 / IEC 60502 and DIN VDE 0276-627 / HD 627 S1 / IEC 60502 (from 7 cores). It is a certified product that can be used in power plants, industry, switchgear and local networks – everywhere where there is no risk of mechanical damage. Permissible ambient temperature during installation is from -5°C to +50°C, and after installation from -40°C to +70°C. The cable is designed for both flexible and stationary operation.
