Universal rubber cable for demanding conditions

This flexible TITANEX® H07RN-F 12 G 1.50 mm² rubber cable is a solid solution for both professional installers and end-users. It is ideal for mobile and stationary installations where durability and resistance to harsh environmental conditions are important. The cable is designed for use in industry, construction sites, workshops, but also in temporary installations – at festivals or sporting events.

Construction and application

The cable is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its reliability and long service life. Copper strands, stranded according to VDE 0295 class 5 and IEC 60228 class 5 standards, are surrounded by special H07RN-F rubber insulation compliant with HD 22.4 and IEC 60245-4 type 66. The whole is covered with an outer elastomer coating, providing additional protection against mechanical damage and external factors. Thanks to this, the TITANEX® cable can be used even directly on the ground without the risk of deterioration of its properties.

This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +85°C (flexible) and from -50°C to +85°C (stationary). The maximum operating temperature of the conductive cores is +60°C for movable connections and +90°C for permanently installed installations with additional protection. In the event of a short circuit, the cable can withstand a temperature of up to +250°C. The operating voltage is 450/750V, and in the case of stationary installations or powering induction motors, it can be increased to 600/1000V. The minimum bending radius is 3x cable diameter for diameters below 12mm and 4x cable diameter for diameters above 12mm for stationary installation and 6-8x cable diameter for flexible installation.
