Servo cable PVC acc. to UL/CSA TOPSERV® 119 PVC (4G1.5+2x(2x0.75)) mm² orange, acc. to Bosch Rexroth 707291
Flexible cable for servomotors and control systems
This specialized PVC cable, catalog number 707291, is designed for use in motors, servomotors and control systems, particularly compatible with Indramat systems. It is characterized by high flexibility and durability, making it an ideal solution for both professional installers and end users. The cable construction has been optimized to ensure reliable operation in demanding industrial conditions.
Construction and properties
The TOPSERV 119 PVC 4G1,5+2x22x0 cable has multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), providing good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The core insulation is made of PVC, and the protective cores are yellow-green. The cable is equipped with a tinned copper braid screen, which provides a high level of protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC) - about 85% coverage. The control cores are paired and also shielded, further minimizing the risk of interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer PVC coating in orange (RAL 2003). The cable construction takes into account the optimal arrangement of power and control cores and the use of a polymeric filler to maintain shape and facilitate assembly.
The cable meets the requirements of VDE, UL/CSA and DESINA® standards, guaranteeing its safety and high quality of workmanship. The materials used in production are free of cadmium and silicone and substances that disrupt painting. The cable is oil-resistant and characterized by low dielectric capacitance up to 6 mm². The applied screen ensures electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which is crucial in modern industrial automation systems.
Applications and operating parameters
This cable is widely used in connections between motors and control systems, where simultaneous braking and thermal protection functions are required. It is particularly recommended for precision servomotors used in highly automated production processes. Thanks to its construction and properties, it performs perfectly in applications requiring high reliability and durability.
This cable is distinguished by a rated voltage of 1000 V and a core cross-section of 1.5 mm². Its outer diameter is approximately 11.5 mm, and the operating temperature range is from -20°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -60°C to +60°C during flexible operation. The minimum bending radius is 5x cable diameter for stationary operation and 15x cable diameter for flexible operation. Effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC) is ensured by the shielding braid, and core identification by numbers facilitates their differentiation during installation.
