The HELUTHERM SiF cable is a single-core silicone cable characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance to extreme temperatures. Designed for applications where standard cables fail, it performs perfectly in harsh industrial conditions and beyond. Its construction based on a copper core and silicone insulation ensures reliability and long-term operation.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of a multi-strand, flexible copper core class 5 (DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), which provides high resistance to bending and mechanical damage. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to high and low temperatures – from -60°C to +180°C (flexibly) and permanently up to +180°C. In addition, this material is resistant to many oils, greases, solvents and other chemicals. The cable has a rated voltage of 300/500V. It is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it does not release toxic gases during combustion (compliant with DIN VDE 0482-754-1/DIN EN 60754-1/IEC 60754-1 standards).
