This single-core silicone cable from HELUKABEL SiF is a solution for installations where standard cables fail. Designed to operate in extreme temperatures, both low and high, it is perfect for use in industries – steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. The halogen-free construction further increases safety, allowing use in power plants.

Flexibility and reliability in harsh conditions

The cable is characterized by exceptional flexibility thanks to the multi-strand copper conductor, class 5. Silicone insulation provides resistance to high temperatures (up to +180°C in continuous operation and briefly even higher) and to many chemical substances – oils, greases, solvents, acids and bases. The rated voltage of 300/500V allows for wide use in various electrical circuits. The outer diameter of 2.3 mm with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² ensures comfortable work during installation.

Safety and compliance with standards

The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards and is halogen-free according to DIN VDE 0482-754-1 / DIN EN 60754-1 / IEC 60754-1. This means limited emission of toxic gases during a fire, which increases the safety of users and the installation. In addition, the cable has a CE marking confirming compliance with the LVD 2014/35/EU directive. The cable construction guarantees resistance to vertical flame propagation according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1-2.
