Single-core silicone wire, high temperature resistant SiF 1x0.75mm² white 23405
Extreme application silicone wire
This single-core silicone wire, characterized by exceptional flexibility, is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -60°C to +180°C continuously, and briefly up to +180°C. Made of multi-strand copper wire class 5, it provides a reliable connection in demanding conditions. This wire is particularly recommended for industrial applications where standard cabling fails.
Construction and properties
The HELUTHERM SiF wire has silicone insulation, which ensures not only resistance to extreme temperatures but also to many chemical substances – oils, greases, solvents, as well as acids and alkalis. Additionally, it is halogen-free (compliant with IEC 60332-1-2), which increases safety in the event of a fire and minimizes the emission of toxic gases. The rated voltage U/U0 is 500/300V. The outer diameter of the wire with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² is approximately 2.6 mm.
Applications and benefits
This wire finds wide application in various industries: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. It is also ideal for installation in power plants. Its flexibility makes it easy to install even in hard-to-reach places. Thanks to its resistance to high temperatures and aggressive chemical environments, this wire guarantees long-lasting and reliable operation of devices. The minimum bending radius (15x diameter for flexible bending and 6x for fixed) allows for precise routing of wires without the risk of damaging the insulation.
