Single-core silicone wire, high temperature resistant SiF 1x1.5mm² green 23600
Special application silicone cable
This single-core silicone cable is characterized by exceptional resistance to high temperatures and flexibility, making it an ideal choice for demanding industrial applications. The cable is designed to operate in harsh conditions where standard cabling fails. Made of copper with silicone insulation, it provides a reliable connection and long-lasting operation.
Construction and properties
The HELUTHERM SiF cable has a flexible, stranded copper conductor, class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to bending. Silicone insulation provides resistance to extreme temperatures – from -60°C to +180°C in stationary operation, and even briefly up to +200°C. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire and minimizes the emission of toxic substances. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V, and the test voltage is 2000 V. The minimum insulation resistance is 20 MΩ·km.
Applications and benefits
This cable is widely used in industries: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. Halogen-free properties also make it suitable for installation in power plants. Its resistance to high temperatures and oils, greases and other chemicals makes it indispensable in industrial environments. Thanks to its flexibility, it facilitates assembly even in hard-to-reach places. The minimum bending radius for mobile installations is 15x the cable diameter, and for fixed installations 6x the cable diameter. The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and has a CE certificate.
