Extreme application silicone cable

This brown single-core cable with silicone insulation is a reliable solution for installations requiring resistance to high temperatures. The HELUTHERM SiF 1x1.5mm² cable is designed to operate in harsh industrial conditions where standard cabling fails. Made of multi-strand copper core, it provides flexibility and ease of installation.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by high flexibility thanks to its construction with a multi-strand copper core (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228). Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to extreme temperatures – from -60°C to +180°C in stationary operation and from -25°C to +180°C in flexible operation. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire (compliant with IEC 60332-1-2). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 3 mm.
