Silicone control and power cable, shielded, high temperature resistant SiHF-C-Si 10G0,75mm² brick red, conductor identification acc. to DIN VDE 0293-308 23165
Control and power cable for extreme conditions
This shielded SiHF-C-Si control and power cable is a specialized solution designed for operation in demanding industrial environments and applications where standard cables fail. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to high and low temperatures, making it an ideal choice for use in steelworks, power plants, shipyards or cement plants. This cable is also halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of stranded copper conductor (class 5), providing flexibility and reliable connections. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to extreme temperatures – from -60°C to +180°C (short-term up to +220°C). The screen in the form of a copper wire braid protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring stable signal transmission. Additionally, the outer silicone coating provides resistance to many chemical substances, including oils, greases, acids and alkalis.
Applications and benefits
The SiHF-C-Si cable is widely used in the wiring of heating devices, high-power lighting projectors and anywhere where high thermal and mechanical resistance is required. Thanks to the shielding, it ensures reliable operation in environments exposed to electromagnetic interference. Wire identification according to DIN VDE 0293-308 facilitates installation and servicing of installations. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing of the required length.
