This specialized cable, made of silicone, is designed to operate in demanding environments where standard cabling fails. The use of silicone insulation of the cores and a copper braid as a shield guarantees long-lasting and safe operation even in difficult conditions. Core color coding in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308 standard facilitates identification and improves installation safety.

Construction and properties

This cable is not only high working temperature – it is a well-thought-out construction ensuring durability and functionality:

• Cores: 7 stranded copper cores with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², providing good flexibility and conductivity.
• Insulation: Silicone core insulation resistant to high temperatures (up to +180°C, briefly up to +220°C) and low temperatures (down to -60°C).
• Shielding: Braided tinned copper wires effectively reduce electromagnetic interference (EMC), protecting signals from interference.
• Outer jacket: Special silicone outer jacket provides additional mechanical protection and resistance to external factors.
• Rated voltage: Cable designed to operate at 500 V.
• Chemical resistance: Exhibits resistance to many chemicals, such as oils, greases, alcohols and acids.
