This brown single-core PVC H05V-K cable is a reliable solution for various electrical installations. Construction and properties

The cable consists of a single, annealed copper core twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 class 5, BS 6360 class 5 and IEC 60228 class 5 standards. The insulation is made of special PVC YI3, meeting the requirements of DIN VDE 0812. This ensures that the cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -30°C to +80°C for stationary operation and from -5°C to +70°C for flexible operation. The rated voltage U0 is 500 V, and U – 300 V, making it suitable for many applications in DC and AC installations. The core cross-section is 0.25 mm², and its approximate outer diameter is 1.5 mm.

This cable is ideal for use in control cabinets, switchgear, automation devices and in general electrical installations inside buildings. Its flexible construction makes it easy to route in tight spaces and connect to various devices. It meets the requirements of VDE 0800 part 1, confirming its safety and reliability. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting, which affects its durability and safety. In addition, the PVC is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, tested according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1 (method B).
