Characteristics and application

This cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 500 V and a temperature resistance of up to +70°C (flexible) and +80°C (stationary). It is manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0812, which guarantees its high quality and safety. Although it is not intended for high-current installations or outdoor use, it works perfectly indoors and in devices. Construction and properties

The cable consists of a single, tinned copper core twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, BS 6360 cl. 5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5 standards. The insulation is made of special PVC YI3, which provides good protection against mechanical damage and external factors. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable also has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant insulation, tested in accordance with DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1 standards. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 2.2 mm.

Additional information regarding technical parameters: insulation resistance is minimum 10 MOhm x km, minimum bending radius is 4 times the cable diameter, radiation resistance reaches up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad), and test voltage for a cross-section of 0.75 mm² is 1200 V.
