Universal cable for applications requiring flexibility
This brown, single-core PVC cable from the LiFY series is the ideal solution wherever exceptional flexibility and reliability are needed. The cable is designed for a wide range of applications – from control cabinet construction, through laboratories, to installations requiring resistance to frequent bending. Made with a multi-strand copper core class 6, it provides excellent conductivity and long-lasting operation.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a construction based on DIN VDE 0250, DIN VDE 0285-525-1 and DIN VDE 50525-1 standards. Its PVC insulation guarantees good protection against external factors. The multi-strand copper core with very high flexibility allows for easy routing and connection even in tight spaces. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -15°C to +80°C (flexible) and -15°C to +80°C (stationary). The rated voltage is 300/500V, and the test voltage is 2000V for cross-sections up to 0.25 mm², 2500V for 0.5-1 mm² and 3000V for cross-sections from 1.5 mm² upwards.

The core cross-section of 0.75 mm² corresponds to AWG size 18. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 2.4 mm.
