Special application flexible cable

This single-core PVC cable is a solution for demanding applications where flexibility and reliability are important. The cable is designed for connections in control cabinets, measuring systems and anywhere the cable is exposed to frequent bending. Made of stranded copper wire, it provides good conductivity and long-term operation.

Construction and properties

The LIFY 1.5 mm² cable is constructed in accordance with DIN VDE 0250, DIN VDE 0285-525-1 and DIN VDE 50525-1 standards. Its polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation provides good protection against mechanical damage and environmental influences. The class 6 stranded wire guarantees exceptional flexibility, making it easy to install and lay the cable even in tight spaces. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V for cross-sections up to 1 mm² and 450/750 V for cross-sections from 1.5 mm² upwards – making it versatile in many installations. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 3.7 mm.
