Universal single-core PVC cable – flexibility and reliability

This single-core PVC cable, with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², is a versatile solution for a wide range of electrical applications. It is characterized by exceptional flexibility thanks to the multi-wire construction of class 6 strand, which facilitates installation even in tight spaces and ensures resistance to repeated bending. The cable is made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which guarantees good insulation and durability.

Application and structural features

This cable is used in the construction of control cabinets, measuring systems in laboratories, and anywhere where high flexibility and reliable connections are required. The cable construction includes a multi-wire copper conductor, providing good conductivity and ease of processing. PVC insulation protects against short circuits and mechanical damage. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -15°C to +80°C, both in a flexible and fixed manner. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V for cross-sections up to 1 mm² and 450/750 V for cross-sections from 1.5 mm² upwards.

Safety and compliance with standards

The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0250, DIN VDE 0285-525-1 and DIN VDE 50525-1 standards. It has an EAC certificate confirming compliance with technical requirements. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The cable meets the requirements for flame retardancy according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1-2. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 3.7 mm.
