Flexible single-core PVC cable – reliable connections in every application

This red LiFY single-core cable with a cross-section of 16 mm² is the ideal solution wherever flexibility and reliability are important. Made from high-quality materials, it provides safe and durable connections in various applications – from control cabinets to measuring laboratories. Its construction based on a multi-wire strand, class 6, guarantees exceptional flexibility, making installation easier even in tight spaces.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed in accordance with DIN VDE 0250, DIN VDE 0285-525-1 and DIN VDE 50525-1 standards, confirming its high quality and safety. It uses insulation made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), providing good protection against external factors. The copper wire, multi-strand and very flexible, consists of 2048 strands with a diameter of 0.1 mm. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -15°C to +80°C (flexibly) and permanently up to +80°C. It should be noted that the cable is not suitable for high-current applications with cross-sections up to 0.25 mm², where the operating voltage is a maximum of 300V. For larger cross-sections, the rated voltage is U0/U 450/750 V (from 1.5 mm²).
