Construction and properties

The LiFY cable is distinguished by its construction based on a multi-strand copper core, which translates into its exceptional flexibility. Insulation made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) provides good protection against external factors. This makes the cable resistant to mechanical damage and ensures long-term operation. Designed in accordance with DIN VDE 0250, DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN VDE 50525-1 standards, it guarantees safety of use and compliance with applicable standards.

Applications and parameters

This cable is perfect for installations requiring frequent bending - from connections inside control cabinets to precise measurement systems in laboratories. Its rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V or 450/750 V (depending on the cross-section), and the test voltage reaches 3000 V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 15.1 mm, which facilitates its installation and routing in tight spaces. The minimum bending radius is 8x the cable diameter for flexible routing and 4x the cable diameter for fixed laying - allowing it to be adapted to different installation conditions. In addition, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.
