The rated voltage U0/U is 600V/500V, respectively, guaranteeing safe operation in standard electrical installations. The nominal conductor cross-section of 0.5 mm² corresponds to an approximate outer diameter of 2.7 mm.

The cable meets the requirements of five standards: DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31, DIN EN 50525-2-31, UL-Std.1063, UL-Style 10269, and CSA-TEW and CSA-AWM I A/B. It has HAR, UL-AWM, UL-MTW, CSA-AWM and CSA-Equipment-wire approvals – simplifying inventory management and bill of materials. This allows a single cable to be used in many different projects and countries.
