This blue single-core PVC cable, with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² (AWG 20), is a versatile solution for internal wiring. Construction and approvals – a guarantee of safety and versatility

The cable has been designed and manufactured in accordance with many standards, confirming its high quality and safety of use. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31/DIN EN 50525-2-31 and has UL-Std.1063/UL-Style 10269 (and Style 1015) and CSA-TEW and CSA-AWM I A/B approvals. This means that one cable can be used in various applications and countries, simplifying logistics and parts storage. It also has a CPR Eca certificate, which means compliance with European regulations regarding fire resistance.

The multi-strand copper conductor, class 5, provides flexibility and ease of routing, while the PVC (polyvinyl chloride) insulation guarantees good mechanical and electrical protection. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +90°C (flexible) and up to +105°C (UL AWM), making it suitable for use in various environmental conditions. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V, and the test voltage is 2000 V. The minimum bending radius depends on the cable diameter – for cables with a diameter below 8 mm, it is 4x the cable diameter, above 8-12 mm – 5x the cable diameter, and above 12 mm – 6x the cable diameter. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 2.85 mm.
