Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a multi-strand copper conductor class 5, which provides flexibility and facilitates installation. PVC insulation type TI3 guarantees good resistance to abrasion and external factors. The cable complies with many standards – DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31/DIN EN 50525-2-31, UL-Std.1063/UL-Style 10269 (and Style 1015) and CSA-TEW and CSA-AWM I A/B – which confirms its safety and quality. Thanks to this, it can be used in a wide range of applications, meeting the requirements of different markets and standards.

Application and parameters

This cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +90°C (flexible up to +90°C, stationary up to +90°C, UL AWM up to +105°C). The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V (up to 1 mm²), and the test voltage is 2000 V. The conductor cross-section is 1 mm², which corresponds to AWG 18. The use of special PVC in the insulation provides good resistance to environmental conditions. The minimum bending radius depends on the cable diameter: for cables with a diameter below 8 mm, it is 4x the cable diameter, above 8 mm – 5x or 6x the cable diameter, respectively. The cable has a yellow coating to facilitate identification.
