Highly durable cable for special applications

This black, four-core PUR-SPIKA cable with a cross-section of 0.25 mm² and a length of 500 mm is an ideal solution where high flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. The cable is designed for dynamic applications where traditional cables could be damaged.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: twisted copper cores, TPE-E insulation and a durable PUR outer jacket. This combination of materials provides not only flexibility but also resistance to abrasion, oils and other chemicals. The cores are identified in accordance with DIN 47100, which facilitates their differentiation during installation. Additionally, the cable has an elongation ratio of 1:4, which means it can be stretched to four times its length without risk of damage. There is a 200 mm straight section of cable at each end – this facilitates connection.

Spiral sections up to 5 meters long before stretching and an axial cable version are also available. The core cross-section is 0.25 mm², corresponding to an approximate AWG 24.
