Spiral cable PUR, PUR-SPIKA H05BQ-F 7G1 mm² black, spiral length before stretching: 2000 mm 86423
PUR-SPIKA 7G1 spiral cable is a reliable solution for applications requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. Equipped with seven 1 mm² cross-section conductors, it is perfect for machines, power tools, the construction industry, as well as medical and measuring devices. Its construction based on copper conductors insulated with rubber and surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating ensures long-lasting and safe operation.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a spiral construction, which allows it to be stretched to a length of 8000 mm from its initial 2000 mm. This design makes it easier to route cables in hard-to-reach places and provides a great deal of freedom of movement. The rated voltage is 750 V, and the test voltage reaches 2500 V, guaranteeing safety in various applications. The copper conductors are un-tinned, which affects their flexibility and conductivity. Conductor identification is carried out in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308, and the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) further increases safety.
Applications and benefits
The PUR-SPIKA 7G1 cable finds wide application in many industries:
- Machines and devices: ideal for connecting moving elements where high flexibility and resistance to bending are required.
- Construction industry: it will be useful for powering power tools on a construction site, providing a reliable connection even in difficult conditions.
- Medical and measuring devices: thanks to its flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage, this cable is an excellent choice for use in precision devices.
- Lifts: the spiral construction makes it easier to route cables in the moving parts of lifts.
- Revolving doors: provides a reliable electrical connection with continuous rotational movements.
An additional advantage is the operating temperature range from -25°C to +70°C, which allows the cable to be used in various environmental conditions. An elongation ratio of 1:4 means that the cable can be stretched to four times its length without losing its properties. Straight end sections with a length of 200 mm facilitate connection to devices.
