Spiral cable PUR, shielded PUR-SPIKA 4x0.5 mm² black, 1000mm 86049
Product features
- Highly flexible shielded cable for specialized applications.
- PUR-SPIKA 4x0.5 cable is a high-quality cable designed for applications requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made of stranded copper conductors, insulated with TPE-E and shielded, it provides reliable signal transmission in various conditions. Its construction makes it ideal for use in mobile devices, medical equipment and anywhere a cable with high mechanical strength is needed.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction: four copper conductors twisted according to VDE 0295 class 6 and IEC 60228 class 6 standards, each insulated with TPE-E material. The conductors are identified according to DIN 47100, which facilitates their differentiation during installation. Additional shielding protects against electromagnetic interference, ensuring a stable signal transmission. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer jacket made of PUR (polyurethane), which provides resistance to abrasion, oils and other chemicals. The cable's flexibility is high – the elongation ratio is 1:4.
It is worth noting the end sections of the cables – they are straight and have a length of 200 mm in each case, which facilitates connection to devices. This cable is available in black color and has a length of 1000 mm.
Applications and technical parameters
The PUR-SPIKA cable finds wide application in various industries:
- Lifts: thanks to its flexibility and mechanical strength, it works perfectly in this type of equipment.
- Entertainment industry equipment: provides reliable connections in dynamic working conditions.
- Medical devices: meets the requirements for safety and reliability in medical applications.
- Measuring instruments: guarantees precise measurement thanks to shielding and stable signal transmission.
- Revolving doors: withstands high mechanical loads associated with continuous movement.
- General low-current applications: ideal for any device requiring a flexible, high-quality cable.
The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 300 V (up to 0.14 mm²) and 500 V (from 0.25 mm²). It has a test voltage of 2000 V and an operating temperature range from -25°C to +70°C. Its cross-section is 0.5 mm², and the number of working conductors is 4. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 5.8 mm.
