Construction and properties

The cable consists of stranded copper conductors, insulated with rubber and surrounded by a durable polyurethane sheath. The protective conductor (yellow-green) provides additional safety. Thanks to its special construction, the cable remains flexible even at low temperatures, making it ideal for outdoor work in difficult weather conditions. The length of the spiral before stretching is 1500 mm, and after stretching as much as 6000 mm – which provides great freedom of maneuverability and adaptation to needs.

The PUR-SPIKA 3x1.5 cable finds wide application in many industries: machinery, power tools, construction industry, lifts, equipment in the entertainment industry, medical devices and measuring instruments. It will also work well in revolving doors. The cable meets the standards H07BQ-F (450/750V) and is compliant with DIN VDE 0295 class 5 and IEC 60228 class 5. The rated voltage U/U0 is 750V/450V respectively. The elongation ratio of 1:4 allows for convenient adjustment of the cable length to specific needs. Straight end sections with a length of 200 mm facilitate connection to devices.
