Construction and properties

The JB-750 cable features a robust construction ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. It consists of seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², insulated with special PVC TI2. The conductors are twisted in parallel and marked with colors according to the JB/OB code, which simplifies identification during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors), placed close to the outer jacket for increased safety. The outer jacket is made of special PVC TM2, providing resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage.

Technical parameters and application

The JB-750 cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). The cable has a rated voltage of 750 V and a test voltage of 4000 V. It complies with DIN VDE 0282-525-2-11/ DIN EN 50525-2-11 and IEC 60227-5 standards. The meter-long cable with an outer diameter of approximately 12.6 mm is ideal for indoor use in dry, damp and wet rooms (not suitable for outdoor use). The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for stationary operation. The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
