Single-core halogen-free cable for demanding applications
This blue HELUTHERM® 145 single-core cable with a cross-section of 10 mm² is an advanced solution for installations where safety and reliability are key. The cable is designed for applications requiring resistance to high temperatures and minimal emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire. Its construction based on copper strands and special insulation makes it ideal for wiring in various industrial and construction environments.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a flexible, stranded core (class 5), which facilitates installation and provides good resistance to bending. The insulation made of cross-linked polyolefin copolymer is not only halogen-free but also resistant to high temperatures – up to 145°C in stationary operation and 120°C in flexible operation. This allows it to be used in harsh conditions, such as wiring heating devices or lighting. The rated voltage is 500 V, and the maximum permissible test voltage is 3500 V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.6 mm.
