Single-core halogen-free cable, resistant to high temperatures HELUTHERM® 145 1x6 mm² brown 51367
Highly durable casing.
Single-core halogen-free cable, resistant to high temperaturesThis brown HELUTHERM® 145 single-core cable with a cross-section of 6 mm² combines safety and reliability. Made from high-quality materials, it meets stringent standards for fire resistance and the emission of toxic gases during a fire. This is crucial in applications where the safety of people and the protection of installations are paramount.
This cable is characterized by a flexible, stranded construction (class 5), which facilitates its installation and routing even in tight spaces. The rated voltage of 500 V makes it a universal solution for many applications in electrical installations.
Application and properties
The HELUTHERM® 145 cable is designed for demanding applications such as wiring lighting fixtures, heating devices, electrical machines and switchboards. Its temperature resistance (up to +145°C with fixed installation) allows it to be used in places exposed to elevated temperatures. Additionally, thanks to its properties limiting the spread of fire and low emission of smoke and toxic gases, it provides a high level of safety in the event of a fire.
- Safety: Halogen-free construction minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation during a fire, enabling safe evacuation.
- Thermal resistance: Suitable for operation at elevated temperatures (up to +120°C during bending and +145°C with fixed installation), which increases its durability and reliability.
- Flexibility: Stranded construction facilitates cable installation and routing, even in difficult conditions.
- Versatility: Suitable for a wide range of applications in electrical installations, both in buildings and machines.
- Compliance with standards: Meets safety and fire protection requirements.
Construction and parameters
The cable has insulation made of a material other than PVC (details regarding the insulation material are not available), which further increases its resistance to external factors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 5.2 mm, and the cross-section of the core is 6 mm². It is important to match the appropriate cable cross-section to the current load of the installation – high temperature loadability may allow the use of a smaller cross-section under certain conditions (this should be consulted with the installation design).
