DPV 80 vessel (for water) A2C2L37
Multifunctional vessel for sanitary and heating systems
The DPV 80 vessel is an advanced solution from the multifunctional vessel series, equipped with a fixed butyl membrane and an insulated protective cover. The product with a capacity of 80 liters (catalog no. A2C2L37) provides double protection thanks to its innovative design, which effectively protects the tank surface from internal corrosion.
Construction and materials
The tank, made of carbon steel coated with external green RAL 6005 epoxy powder paint, guarantees long-term resistance to environmental conditions. The fixed butyl membrane ensures tightness and durability, while the insulated protective cover provides additional protection against corrosion. The connection made of stainless steel with a G1" hexagonal nut and a double metal flange ensures reliable installation connections.
The design is completely maintenance-free, eliminating the need for regular inspections and maintenance throughout its service life.
Operating parameters and safety
The device operates in a wide temperature range from -10°C to +99°C, supporting a maximum working pressure of 10 bar. The standard air pre-charge pressure is 2.5 bar, and the hydrostatic test pressure reaches 14.3 bar, guaranteeing a high safety margin.
The tank is adapted for use with water or a water-glycol mixture with a content of up to 50% glycol, which expands the application possibilities in various heating systems.
Applications and functionality
The multifunctional nature of the DPV 80 vessel allows it to be used as:
- Expansion vessel for heating and domestic hot water systems - absorbs the thermal expansion volume of the liquid during temperature changes
- Pressure tank for sanitary cold water systems - maintains stable pressure in the installation
- Water hammer arrestor - reduces the effects of water hammer in installations
The product has a CE certificate and a declaration of conformity with the requirements of Directive 2014/68/EU regarding pressure equipment. It is intended for heating systems, drinking water installations, domestic hot water, and air conditioning systems.
In domestic hot water systems, the vessel should be installed on the cold water supply pipe (do not install on the hot water draw-off pipe).
