The INTEGRA 800/200 hot water cylinder is an advanced "tank-in-tank" type heating device that enables simultaneous heating of domestic hot water and support for the building's central heating. Thanks to its three-zone internal design, it guarantees optimal heat distribution from various sources - from gas and oil boilers to heat pumps and solar installations.
Construction and efficiency of the heating system
The internal enameled tank with a capacity of 820 dm³ occupies the entire height of the device, providing a maximum heat exchange surface. The bottom cold water inlet allows for the initial use of solar energy for heating, followed by reheating from other sources - significantly increasing the efficiency of solar collector heat utilization.
Specially designed temperature zone dividing partitions eliminate unwanted water mixing caused by stream dynamics on the supply and returns sides. This innovative design allows a condensing boiler to operate at high temperatures (e.g., 70°C) to heat domestic hot water, and then lower the temperature to the settings required for underfloor heating (e.g., 30°C), which significantly increases the efficiency of the condensing boiler's operation.
Energy efficiency and system compatibility
The device is characterized by an energy efficiency class C and low standby losses of only 118W, which testifies to a high standard in its class while maintaining an optimal ratio of efficiency to operating costs.
The external polyurethane insulation with a thickness of 100mm effectively limits heat loss to the surroundings, and its flexible design allows for easy disassembly during service or internal tank cleaning.
A large number of connection fittings makes the hot water cylinder function perfectly as a hydraulic separator, ensuring flexible cooperation of heat sources with different operating temperatures and operating times - from electric boilers to advanced heat pump systems.
The housing is made of hard plastic with increased resistance to dirt and mechanical damage, which guarantees long-term aesthetics and reliable operation even in difficult boiler room conditions.
The tank is made of enameled steel, which ensures durability and corrosion resistance during long-term contact with domestic water of varying temperature and chemical composition.
