The storage water heater OKC400NTRR/SOL is an advanced device for domestic hot water preparation in dual-system heating installations. Equipped with two heating coils with a total surface area of 3,0 m² (1,1 m² + 1,9 m²), it enables the simultaneous use of solar energy and a traditional heating boiler. The lower coil is connected to the solar installation, while the upper one serves the boiler or another heat source.

The device offers a capacity of 400 liters and an energy efficiency class of "C", which demonstrates an optimal ratio of performance to operating costs. A standby loss of 102W guarantees minimal heat loss during operation.

Construction and materials ensuring durability

The tank is made of steel coated with specialized Crystal Enamel® ceramic enamel, which provides effective corrosion protection for many years of use. Additional protection is provided by a standard-mounted magnesium anode, which actively protects internal surfaces from the harmful effects of water.

The outer jacket is made of hard plastic in a gray color, providing increased resistance to dirt and mechanical damage. The thermal insulation consists of hard ThermoGen® polyurethane foam, which limits heat loss to a minimum.

Operating parameters and functionality

The device is adapted for operation with solar installations with a maximum solar collector absorber area of up to 10 m². In the lower part, there is an inspection hatch with a diameter of 150 mm, significantly facilitating maintenance and the installation of additional equipment.

To increase functionality, a 1 1/2" connection is provided, allowing for the installation of an electric heater as an additional or emergency heat source. A thermometer mounted on the housing allows for continuous reading of the water temperature and monitoring of the device's operation.

Installation is facilitated by adjustable feet that allow for precise leveling of the heater on the room floor.

Compliance and operating conditions

The heater meets the requirements of European standards regarding energy efficiency and user safety. The device is intended for vertical mounting on the floor inside heating or technical rooms.
