JAD shell and tube heat exchangers are devices with a unique construction, consisting of a shell and a tube bundle placed inside. A wide range of available versions allows you to adapt the heat exchanger to the specific needs of each installation.
Construction and Operating Parameters
JAD heat exchangers are available in various configurations, including those with smooth and corrugated tubes (JAD K series), which further intensify heat exchange. Different materials are offered for the flanges – carbon steel (CS) or stainless steel (SS). The JAD X model stands out with lower pressure drops at high flow rates. This allows it to be effectively used in systems requiring high throughput. The maximum working pressure of the heat exchangers is 16 bar. The tube bundle consists of 18 tubes, which translates to a large heat exchange area of 2 m². The volume of the shell side is 5 liters, and the tube side – 4 liters.
