The LB31-50-1” single-flow brazed plate heat exchanger is an advanced solution for heating and cooling systems, characterized by high efficiency with relatively small dimensions. The construction based on 50 brazed stainless steel plates provides a large heat exchange surface area, which translates to efficient heating or cooling of the medium flowing through the device. This is particularly important in applications where space is limited and high thermal power is required – up to 57 kW.

The key to the heat exchanger's reliability is the vacuum brazing process, which ensures a durable and tight connection of the plates. The use of stainless steel guarantees high corrosion resistance, which extends the life of the device even in harsh operating conditions. Additionally, the special shaping of the flow channels minimizes flow resistance while preventing the deposition of contaminants, making it easier to maintain high efficiency for a long time. Connections with a 1 inch (25 mm) external thread facilitate integration with the existing installation.

The LB31-50-1” heat exchanger is perfect for both central heating installations and industrial cooling systems. It can be used in residential, commercial buildings and in technological processes requiring precise temperature control. The maximum working pressure of 30 bar and the ability to operate at temperatures up to 230°C open up a wide range of applications. Thanks to the possibility of using different connection sizes and double-flow versions (available separately), it can be easily adapted to the specific needs of a given project. It is also worth mentioning the compatibility with insulation jackets, which allows for reducing heat loss and improving the energy efficiency of the entire system.
