Application and Key Operating Parameters

The device is suitable for handling media with temperatures up to 230 °C and a maximum working pressure of 30 bar. Both sides of the heat exchanger (primary and secondary) feature nominal diameter connections of DN 50, allowing the connection of pipes with appropriately large cross-sections without the need for additional reducers that could increase flow resistance.

The connections are made as stainless steel flanges (6 pieces), ensuring solid mounting and mechanical resistance during tightening of pipe connections.

The device also offers the possibility of installing thermal insulation ("For thermal insulation: yes"), which is important for installations requiring temperature maintenance or protection against condensation of water vapor on hot surfaces. The simple construction facilitates both installation and potential disassembly for cleaning or servicing.
