The LD235-20L-2S-DN80SS brazed plate heat exchanger is designed for installations where not only efficient heat transfer but also resistance to high thermal and pressure loads is critical. Thanks to its two-pass construction and the use of stainless steel, this model performs reliably in demanding heating and cooling circuits, operating stably even at temperatures up to 230 °C. Its compact dimensions (788 mm height and 310 mm width) allow installation in spaces with limited room, which is crucial when modernizing existing systems or in tight industrial boiler rooms.

Application and Construction Specifics

The unit belongs to the L-line series, meaning its plates are joined by copper brazing in a vacuum furnace. This method guarantees the tightness of the entire assembly and eliminates the risk of leaks caused by mechanical clearances or gasket aging, as occurs in gasketed heat exchangers. A key element is the optimal shaping of flow channels – engineers struck a balance between low flow resistance and high thermal efficiency. As a result, the working fluid not only exchanges heat rapidly but also avoids depositing contaminants inside the channels, extending the unit's service life and reducing the need for frequent maintenance.
