Thanks to the specific shaping of the flow channels, the device achieves a high heat exchange coefficient while maintaining low hydraulic resistance. This is crucial in systems where flow is limited or where rapid heating of large water masses is necessary. It performs particularly well in liquid-to-liquid heating and cooling circuits, operating stably even at flow temperatures reaching 230 °C and under a working pressure of 30 bar.

The "two-pass" design (designation 2S) is not just a change in the connection scheme – it allows for more efficient use of the heat exchange surface in situations where the temperature differences between the primary and secondary media are small or when high efficiency is required under specific operating parameters. It is worth noting that despite the impressive pressure and temperature parameters and high exchange capacity, the device maintains relatively small external dimensions (height 788 mm, width 310 mm), which facilitates its installation in tight boiler rooms or technological cabinets.

The installation of this model is simple thanks to standard DN80 flange connections and the ability to adapt to existing insulation – the design has been engineered to fit ready-made insulation covers.
