The tightness of the construction is the result of a vacuum brazing process – this ensures a permanent bonding of the plates without the need for mechanical seals, which could wear out. The device is characterized by high resistance to pressure changes up to 30 bar and temperatures up to 230 °C, making it a safe choice for installations with unstable operating parameters.
Mounting is facilitated by large stainless steel flange connections. In this model, we have six flanges with a nominal diameter of DN 80 on both sides (primary and secondary sides). This configuration allows for flexible connection to main pipelines without the need for additional reductions or adapters. It is worth noting that despite the large dimensions (height 788 mm, width 310 mm), the device maintains a relatively small volume for its thermal capacity.
Operating conditions and installation flexibility
The device can also be wrapped in thermal insulation thanks to the appropriate shape of the housing, which is important for installations requiring minimization of heat loss or protection against water vapor condensation. Simple mounting and disassembly facilitate service work or potential future unit replacement. Thanks to this solution, installers gain certainty of system operation even with large fluctuations in heating or cooling network parameters.
