Construction and materials – a guarantee of reliability

The LUNA LA34LN heat exchanger is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term operation. The vacuum brazing process guarantees the tightness of the structure and material homogeneity. This makes the heat exchanger resistant to pressure surges and temperature changes, which translates into its reliability in various working conditions. The use of stainless steel brazing material also raises the level of hygiene of the device.

Technical parameters and application

The heat exchanger is characterized by a maximum flow temperature of up to 200°C and a maximum working pressure of 20 bar. It has four ports with an external thread (GZ) with a diameter of 3/4 inch (20) on both the primary and secondary sides. The width of the heat exchanger is 81 mm, and the height is 471 mm. The possibility of using with an insulation sleeve further minimizes heat loss. Thanks to this, the heat exchanger works perfectly in central heating systems, underfloor heating, solar installations and industrial processes requiring precise temperature control. The optimal shape of the flow channels minimizes flow resistance and prevents the accumulation of impurities.
