Flexibility and expansion

The DS-KD8003-IME1(B) module allows you to connect up to 8 expansion modules, such as door stations, card readers, or exit buttons. This makes it easy to adapt the system to changing requirements and expand it in the future. Communication between modules is via the RS-485 interface.

Highest quality image and sound

Equipped with a 2 Mpx camera with a fisheye lens (146°/82° viewing angle), the module provides a wide viewing angle and a clear image, even in difficult lighting conditions thanks to IR illumination. Two-way audio system with noise and echo cancellation guarantees clear communication with the visitor.

Functionality for professionals and users

The module has two relay outputs (NO/NC) for controlling locks and four alarm inputs for connecting additional sensors (e.g. exit button, door contact). Power can be supplied via PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or a 12V DC power supply, making installation and integration with existing infrastructure easier. Remote system management via the Hik-Connect app and the iVMS-4200 platform provides full control and ease of use.

Solid construction and protection against the elements

The housing with an IP65 protection class protects the device from the effects of adverse weather conditions, guaranteeing reliable operation even outdoors. A wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 60°C) allows installation in various climates.
