Shut-off and regulating return valve – reliable regulation and user comfort

This Verafix-E radiator valve is a versatile solution for heating installations, designed for both two-pipe systems and special applications in single-pipe installations. It allows for shutting off and precise regulation of heat flow in individual radiators, ensuring optimal thermal comfort in every room. Its construction allows for mounting on both the return and supply of the radiator – although the draining/filling function is only available when mounted on the return.

The valve is made of brass with a nickel-plated surface, guaranteeing corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. It has a 3/4 inch external thread, which facilitates integration with the existing installation. A Kvs value of 1.25 ensures an appropriate flow of the heating medium, and the adjustment range of 0.18…1.25 allows for adaptation to individual needs.

Functionality and application

The Verafix-E valve stands out with its unique function of draining and filling radiators during operation of the installation – without the need to shut it down. This is particularly useful during maintenance or removing air from the system. This makes the process faster and less troublesome. The valve is compatible with water heating systems, low-pressure steam heating, and water cooling systems. The hexagonal drive (Allen key) ensures convenient operation and precise adjustment.

Additionally, the valve has the possibility of setting/regulating the flow, which allows for optimizing the operation of the entire heating system and reducing operating costs. The valve design also allows for reverse flow direction, which increases its versatility and flexibility of application. The radiator connection with a metal-to-metal seal ensures tightness and durability of the connection.
