Thermostatic Head Type 2080FL (T7001) – Simple, Robust, Frost-Protected

The head operates directly on the radiator valve, regulating water flow according to the room air temperature. It is mounted on the radiator supply – less frequently on the return – and is compatible with thermostatic valves featuring an M30 x 1.5 mm thread and a closing dimension of 11.5 mm. This is a standard connection compatible not only with Honeywell but also with most other manufacturers, such as Oventrop, MNG, and Heimeier.

The liquid-filled control element ensures stable and precise response to temperature changes. The response time is 1620 seconds, meaning it does not react to momentary fluctuations but adjusts the flow smoothly and without oscillation. This prevents excessive valve opening and closing, extending its service life and reducing noise.

The adjustment range from 6 to 28 °C allows temperature customization in every room – from warm living rooms to minimally heated corridors. Adjustment range lock prevents accidental setting of temperatures below 6 °C – important in public areas or where children are present. Frost protection operates automatically: if the temperature drops below safety thresholds, the valve opens partially to protect the installation.

The head is vandal-resistant, made of durable white plastic (RAL 9016), making it suitable for school halls, care homes, and other high-traffic areas. It has no Bluetooth function or app control – it is a mechanical device, simple and reliable. There is no physical lock in the "0" position, but the design prevents the valve from fully closing at the lowest set temperature – ensuring system safety.

It complies with the EN 215 standard when used with appropriate valves – guaranteeing conformity with European safety and performance requirements. All this is backed by a 5-year warranty from the date of manufacture.

No electrical power supply is required. There is no screen or display. There is no capillary – the sensor is built-in. This solution is ideal for those seeking simplicity, durability, and reliable operation.
