The Calypso F-exact DN 15 thermostatic valve is a specialized solution designed for precise flow regulation in forced circulation heating and cooling installations. Thanks to very low flow values (Kv 0,01-0,52), it is ideal for systems requiring accurate hydraulic balancing.

Construction and materials

The valve body made of high-quality brass ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The surface is nickel-plated, providing additional protection against mechanical damage and environmental influences. Internal components are made of EPDM rubber (O-rings, valve plug) and stainless steel (return spring, stem), guaranteeing long-term tightness and reliable operation.

The valve insert is made of brass and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), allowing it to be replaced using a special mounting tool without the need to drain the entire installation. The stainless steel stem is equipped with a double sealing O-ring for maximum reliability.

Functionality and user benefits

The integrated precise pre-setting enables stepless flow regulation, allowing for accurate hydraulic balancing of the entire heating circuit. The valve meets the requirements of the DIN EN 215 series F standard and holds the KEYMARK certificate, confirming the highest standards of quality and energy efficiency.

The device operates in temperatures from 2°C to 120°C (with a protective cap up to 100°C) at a maximum working pressure of PN 10. The red protective cap signals its intended use for heating installations, and the possibility of mounting an M30 x 1,5 thermostatic head ensures versatility of application.

The angle design facilitates installation in limited spaces, and the 1/2 inch threaded connection allows for easy integration with existing installations. The valve is adapted for use in two-pipe central heating systems, where it ensures optimal heat distribution to all emitters according to actual demand.
