Advanced microbubble separation in HVAC systems
The Zeparo Aero air separator is a professional solution for removing air from heating, solar, and cooling installations. Its unique helical design combines different separation principles into one effective method of operation.
Innovative separation technology
The helical microbubble separation process utilizes a multi-stage approach to removing gases from the medium. Large bubbles are directed straight to the upper part of the degasser by reducing the flow in the separation chamber. Smaller microbubbles adhere to spirally arranged vanes, where they coalesce to form larger bubbles capable of rising effectively.
The special Helistill insert combines horizontal and vertical elements, which ensures the capture of larger air bubbles and enables the coalescence of smaller bubbles into larger structures. This allows the separator to handle both macro- and microbubbles, ensuring the optimal performance of the entire HVAC installation.
Safe and reliable venting
The ZUTX leakfree automatic air vent is a key component of the separator's safety system. Its special design allows for stable float operation in a large, low-flow chamber, keeping dirt and water away from the precision venting valve even at high operating pressures.
The system is equipped with a multifunctional eXtra-Multifunktionsausführung head with a three-way valve that allows switching between operating, servicing, and draining modes. Additionally, it includes an emergency shut-off function with a warning signal and the ability to completely isolate the medium supply.
Wide application in various systems
The separator is designed for use in heating, solar, and cooling installations with non-aggressive and non-toxic media. The design allows for operation with ethylene or propylene glycol-based antifreeze with a maximum concentration of 50%, significantly expanding the range of possible applications.
The horizontal model with an installation length of 775 mm ensures optimal separation conditions while maintaining compact mounting dimensions. The flow range of 184-375 m³/h allows for flexible adaptation to various installation sizes.
Operating parameters and safety
The device operates in a temperature range from -10°C to 110°C at a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar. The minimum operating pressure is 0 bar, allowing for use in low-pressure systems as well.
The design complies with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU and utilizes PN16 flanges in accordance with the EN-1092-1 standard. The steel housing in beryllium color ensures high mechanical durability and corrosion resistance under various operating conditions.
The separator allows for cleaning during system operation and is equipped with an outlet tap to facilitate maintenance and servicing of the device.
