The ZTKMI 25 is a reliable combined device designed to effectively remove air and contaminants from heating and cooling systems. Its construction combines the functions of an air separator, sludge separator, and magnet, providing comprehensive system protection. The ZTKMI 25 features a unique rotational design, allowing for installation in both horizontal and vertical positions – offering great flexibility during installation. Made of brass with a BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) internal thread, it ensures a durable and tight connection. The built-in neodymium magnet with a strength of 8.4 Tesla effectively captures magnetic particles, such as magnetite, significantly improving sludge separation efficiency. Additionally, the factory-mounted insulation minimizes heat loss, increasing the energy efficiency of the system. An automatic air vent eliminates the need for manual air removal from the installation.

This separator is used in open and closed systems, in both heating and cooling installations. Its flow rate is 3.8 m³/h, and the average operating temperature reaches 110°C. The nominal diameter of the device is 1 inch (25).
